The swelling around your collar bone could be lymph nodes holding lymph from whatever the trouble is in the breast. You can drain them yourself. They are the dimple either side of your neck just above the collar bone. Gently stroke that area about 15 times each side to help the lymph system to move it on.
Here's hoping you have nothing more than a fatty cyst in the breast but it does pay to always keep an eye on things as it could turn in the future and vigilance is the best way of catching nasties early.
