Good on your for paddling. I just love it. Should be out on our river tomorrow - weather permitting. I have competed in a couple of regattas. It is so much fun however you will push yourself further than you knew you could. I bet you will have more pains after the weekend!!!! Have fun and good luck with the test results. XLeonie
