Vitamins
When is the best times to take the different types of vitamins during and after treatment. Do you stagger them throughout the day and what do you take?

I scored the perfect blood test the other day which is all I can hope for. OK it did show overactive lymph activity which they have no idea why but the rest was perfect. During my ops it was noticed I have a tendency to be low in potassium so now if I haven't eaten a banana in a few days or they are out of season I have the odd potassium pill from my hospital pharmacy. I also take two vitamin C, a D3 and a high dose magnesium. I have been having them every morning with breakfast and my Tamoxifen so I must be doing something right.
Interestingly, I hadn't been grocery shopping in a while and our fruit supplies and veges were pretty much gone when I went shopping yesterday. I splurged and bought cherrys, strawberries, peaches, red grapes and cut them all up into a dessert last night. The effect to my body was astounding and I had so much energy I stayed up until 1am! I better stick to fancy fruit eating around lunch time I think lol.
