When is the best times to take the different types of vitamins during and after treatment. Do you stagger them throughout the day and what do you take?
I stagger them, but mainly because I take quite a few tablets and am not sure about swilling them all at once. I take vitamin D night and morning, magnesium ditto and Q10 (recommended by my cardio people) in the morning. I don't think the rest make much difference when. I only take what's been recommended by medical staff though. Some vitamin supplements do little good.
