12 months ago tested 57 for vitamin d, so had been taking 1 table per day for 12 months.
BC diagnosis 30/04/13- lumpectomy, no chemo and then radiation. My oncologist had me tested on my first visit to her, results 64?? After 6 weeks of rads ( double dose for 3months and some sunshine) I have been tested again and am down to 41, will see my onco next week as she has said she wants me at 150 or above.
Research told me to take tablets with biggest meal of the day.
If anyone has any other tips please share.
My onco was quiet concerned so I will let you know if she recommends anything.
