My name is Linda and I'm a Gold Coast girl too. I work as a medical secretary at the hospital where im having my treadment. Grade 3 TNBC with it found in one lump of the 9 lymph nodes taken. Diagnosed on 12 July with lumpectomy to follow. Margins werent quite clear enough so back in again for more surgery. Power port inserted before chemo commenced. I just completed my fifth round of chemo yesterday - 1 more to go then onto radiation. I wont lie chemo has been rough on me but I'm still managing to work 2 out of every 3 weeks in the chemo cycle.
