Menopause doesn't have to be that bad - I was slam dunked into it thru chemo although my body was still producing oestrogen....hence the tamoxifen. Nearly 2 years on and I will be having blood test to see if I need to switch to Aromatase Inhibitor (which I don't like the thought of) But I try not to worry about it too much.
A wise person once told me "90% of what we worry about doesn't happen".
Overanalysing is what we females are experts at BTW :)
