how much is too much. How quickly do you get addicted ? I was prescribed 5mg and dr said don’t take them unless you need to.

@Romla funny I was inquiring about a different ingredient in a natural anti anxiety product. I was so surprised when it was gentle camomile that was the worry! Go figure!!
