Valium
how much is too much. How quickly do you get addicted ? I was prescribed 5mg and dr said don’t take them unless you need to.
I've been told to stay away from screens of any sort for at least an hour before bed and not to use any if awake during the night. If awake for an hour get up and read a book, sip a drink of warm milk (just like a baby) then when feeling relaxed go back to bed - but don't wait until you are over-tired apparently.
