Hi Everyone
Went to specialist today. They were very good I found out the cancer has spread to the lymph nodes, so I have been booked in for a bone & body scan for Monday morning. Results will be Wednesday morning. If the cancer hasnt spread any further I have been booked in for the operation on the 18th but if it has spread I start chemo straight away.
I had 2 operations under my arm , tumour removed, and all those scans etc. So dont worry, keep your mind busy. Take up silly hobbies, like I did. (taught myself how to paint, and knit) and watch funny movies!
Oh, I just went back to work after all the drama I went through, a year later! Had a year off work, got in touch with nature, and made 3 of the best friends Ive had in years. Also now cutting hair again after 4 years break, my clients are from the ladies Ive met through Cancer. So, look out, its going to be a crazy time, but I wish you well, and all the best of luck!
