Nice to see that Superwoman has temporarily hung the cape up, and put the undies on the inside of the pants. Sometimes you need the chocolate and DVD moments to rest and think / process. I know that I went through a phase where I thought that I could beat it all, and tried to be too tough. I've since learned to pace myself, the positive attitude has been maintained, but I'm far more realistic. I just take it 1 appointment at a time, and ask lots of questions. I always take my hubby as he picks up on the things that I miss. I take a notepad with my questions with me, and this helps to prompt me when with the doctor, as it can be overwhelming.
