  • Hi Di : Hope you feeling better, you are very strong and brave.

I'll be having my surgery 9DEC, I was told will gone through radiopatheroy afterward, however, I am a bit nervous turn out like yours, require to take Chemo at the end.  I am worried myself can't stand for it..............

  • Yes that dreaded Docetaxel. You're not alone in enduring this awful drug. It seems to be the 'storm before the calm'. Keep focusing on only two more. Your on the home run and you'll get your victory Di. Love Janey xxx
  • Hope your pain stays manageable, i am starting to worry a bit. I have only had one chemo so far, 2 more, then I start DOC. I know we are all different, just haven't heard anything good about DOC. Keep striving for victory, Di. As they victory is sweet:)

    Hazel xx

  • Yep dose 4 was nasty for me too......all worth it in the end. Onward and upward I say! Sending hugs xx
  • I am sorry you are finding the Docetaxel so awful. I too had dreadful pain and a trip to hospital on round 4. Some people are ok with this drug but for others it is the worst. Just keep taking it one day at a time and you do get there. It is wonderful when it is over. The pain goes away, your taste buds return and the cancer is gone! Take care. Deanne xxoo
