During my AC chemo Bollinger was all I could drink. Vodka snuck in as a daiquiri base but by the time I'd got to the end of chemo I didn't feel like drinking anything. All the oncologists seemed to think a drink was a good idea (which is interesting because of what @Afraser says) and often suggested I ought to go home and have a drink or two!!! I was told my cancer was definitely caused by the passive smoking (I grew up in the MadMen era when everyone smoked everywhere) of my family and peers. I felt a bit offended by that...
