Two new boobies!

Hi again,

Well the big day has come and gone and I now have two new looking breasts.  The right with a full implant and the left side with a smaller implant and a bit of an uplift to get them to look similar.  So far so good.  Bit sore in the left side as this still had feeling.  Whereas the right had the mastectomy and really not much feeling at all.  This I suppose does come in handy at these times when the surgeon plays around with surgery on that side.

Both sides look similar but the right side (which was the side without cancer) is a bit larger than the mastectomy side.  When I went for my check up last week the nurse told me that this is not the end result there is swelling.  So hopefully that is true.  Must admit the difference is not that big.  I have been told when I go back at 6 months for the nipple to be done on my right side they can fix up any size variations.  But all good so far anyway.  Thought I would just log this in.  These blogs are great to keep a record of ones journey.
