Tumour Markers
ok lovelies...rather than Google this...I know what tumour markers are...but who gets tested and when? Does everyone get tested? TIA xx Nellie
They often do them at the beginning of treatment. However tumour markers are normally reserved for ladies with diagnosed metastatic disease as a tool to see how things are going along with other reviews . They are not reliable for diagnosis at all so not used for this.
