Hi @Ginamae, I put turmeric and pepper in lots of the food I make. I also have ginger in my morning juice. Ginger is great for inflammation. My GP has also put me on fish oil, a high dose with a practitioner brand of fish oil. I has really helped my joint pain and Letrozole that I take. Also with this I have also discussed an anti inflammatory diet with my GP and oncologist. For me gluten is my enemy. Both my GP and oncologist support my minimum gluten diet. Maybe have a chat with your GP and oncologist about dietary steps or supplements to help.
