Hi Susan,
I had a lupectomy, chemo, radio. No lymph nodes involved. Aged 51 at diagnosis, 3.3cm invasive lump. No family history! Three years down the track and I'm really well and back at work part-time. I don't intend working full time again... too many other fun things I want to have the time to do! The treatment seems so long when you're doing it, but you'll get there. Enjoy yur family and friends and keep on smiling! Yes, chemo is a bit rough, but not nearly as bad you might be expecting. I was a real sleepy head, but otherwise not too bad.
