So sorry Julia and Caroline to hear of your battles with the dreaded TNBC. All we can do is put our faith in the Oncologists who treat us.
I feel under treated too. I can't have radiotherapy a second time so after my chemo finishes at the end of October, I'm 'on my own.'
I worry about it coming back, how working will affect my chances and wonder how I can monitor my health.
I guess the best advice is to think about life, not cancer, and to take one day at a time. Make the most of each day. It's all easier said than done.
At least here, you know that others know exactly how you feel.
So all I can say, is don't give up the good fight, because there are new trials and new drugs on the horizon for TNBC.
Julia, have you asked if you can be part of a trial? I asked my Dr and he said only people who have secondaries from TNBC, so you might qualify.
