I'm 3 years on from my triple negative diagnosis and doing really well. (feel free to read my 'story' which should be publice - still learning to navigate this website).
I am also struggling with the 'fear' of it returning - knowing what I know about triple negative breast cancers.
I've realised that this psychological rollercoaster challenge is sometimes the biggest struggle of all and it is ongoing.
I'm trying to think less about cancer and concentrating hard on focusing on moving forward, telling myself there is no point in worrying about something that might never happen.
So yes, I'm with you on this one. I still feel very scared and worry a lot when I feel tired or don't feel well and if I have aches and pains, hoping with all hope it hasn't returned.
Instead of having an answer, I guess I can only offer to you that you're not alone in feeling this way and hoping it gets easier for us.
I make a conscious effort on a daily basis to still listen to my body, act if I have the instict to, but to try my best to not let the worry and fear take over my life.
Sending love. xx
