triple negative cancer

Hello There,

Have recently found out that I have grade two triple negative precancerous tumour which needs removing. Just over a yr ago I had a grade three triple negative tumour. The treatment I had was a lumpectomy and FEC chemotherapy followed by radiation. The lump found is in the same breast. My specialist when it was first thought to be a full blown tumour was initially going to do a mastectomy followed by chemotherapy. Now we have found that it is only a grade two, however I'm certain it will turn into cancer. So now I am perplexed as surgery is scheduled for this coming Tue and it is now Thu, only a few days to decide and make the right and best decision. Do I still have to have a mastectomy and chemo or can I get away with a lumpectomy and no chemo? Also if I do have to have a mastectomy should I have a mastectomy with the other breast to save worry later? Next question what about reconstruction when is the best time to do this? I don't particularly want to lose my breasts because they do make a difference with intimacy yet I am past the stage of needing them for nursing. Any help or advice from someone who understands or has been there would be so appreciated.
