No no heart conditions here. The scan was really straight forward and easy in the scheme of things ;) How is the FEC treating you? I just had round one and it went well! Feeling not to bad thank god. xoxo

I had the neulasta injections the day after chemo, so I've only experienced the one so far. Sheree I was told that many people experience the aches that you're describing. I had some aches in the knees on that day. I was told some people may also get high temps within 24 hours of the injection. Its a concern if temps continue after 24 hours of getting the injection. I was more worried about that than aches. I guess the aches weren't a problem. What I did notice was I get a flushed red face with a bit of swollen eyes in the morning when I wake up. Then it goes away after a few hours. Don't if that is from the injection or not.

Hi Christie, for me I find the neulasta horrible in my jaw and neck of all places... not sure if that is the norm or not!  I took the neulasta yesterday 10am for the last ever time (Friday) and Saturday arvo I am starting to feel it.... will probably have a yucky night and tomorrow a bit achey too and then Monday my Taxotere side effects of bone aches/joint/muscle aches will kick into full swing... the neulasta for me is quite short lived really.... the chemo side effects are much worse!  Last time, last time for me though, I had my last chemo on Thursday YIPPEE!!!!

The test was just a routine one the oncologist ordered. It is to make sure the body can cope with the strains of the chemo treatment! It was a piece of cake! A simple insertion of a canula they drew some blood, gave me some radiation and then a 6 minute scan. Very simple however I couldn't hug my boys for the next 12 hours due to the nuclear medicine :(

Tuesday is comping round so quickly and the nerves are giving me a continual stress headache! 

Im having neulasta injections the day after chemo, how have others coped with this? I hear the bone aches it causes can be quite severe!
