Triple negative breast cancer

Hi Ladies, I was diagnosed with TNBC in May this year. I had a mastectomy and have had 5 rounds of Carboplatin and Docetaxel (Taxotere) - every 3 weeks. I have 1 more round of chemo to go. I was 52 when diagnosed and I'm in Sydney. My treatment is a bit different because this BC is a recurrence of an ER + one I had in 2009. I had a lumpectomy then and 4 rounds of AC! Then 30 sessions of radiation. I can't have radiation this time as you can't have it twice, so after my Chemo ends I will feel so alone and afraid! This is all I can have. I was on Arimidex after the last cancer but we TNBC ladies have no drugs we can take after treatment ends. So I won't have any other treatment after Chemo ends. Let's hope these trial drugs get on the market for us soon........ I also worry about what to look for when you have no boobs! Great advice re diet and exercise. I hope these changes can wait until treatment ends as I'm too tired to exercise.
