Hi ladies,
I came on here a few months ago and couldn't find much about TNBC so I am pleased to find you all! I was diagnosed with grade 3 triple neg last year, the day before my 35th birthday (and two days before Xmas). I had a lumpectomy on New Years Eve and just finished 6 rounds of chemo in May. So glad that is over! Now I am in my second week of radiation therapy. I live in Central West QLD so its been difficult, travelling back and forth. I am lucky that for radiation I have access to accommodation for rural cancer patients, but I have to be away from my family. I have my hubby with me at the moment, which is terrific.
It is so great to read about TNBC survivors who are 3 years down the track. Go girls! Did you do anything special with diet and exercise that you want to pass on? Any tips on life after treatment?
Alison
