Hi Hazel, and thanks all your comments were very helpful, I think what may lay ahead is to be forwarned is to be forarmed, and like you I want to be on top of it and proactive. So far so good still, and have been pretty busy, getting organised and up to date with everything for tomorrow or the day after when things mightn't be so good.
