Thanks Leonie!! I decided to try and meet my fears head-on, so do my needles everyday. It just sucks, really, but what else can I do? (I'd like to say that I'm getting better at it, but it wouldn't be entirely true... I'm just trying to be a brave little girl...) And in the broader scheme of things, it's just a storm in a tea cup - there are so many others doing it way harder. I guess in my head I had a treatment path with a goal at the end - I didn't think too much about the speed bumps that crop up along the way. It upset my little apple cart!! Wow, don't know really about your journey Leonie, but you and your Husband both have / had cancer?? Wow. Speechless. How does your port turn around? Do you ever get itcy on your skin near the port? I've had an itch since my last treatment, kind of like a little rash type thing. Have you had that? Do they use straight needles on you? Or the ones with a little curve on the end? Sorry about all the questions, but I'm still learning... such a novice!
Anyway mate, trust you're travelling well, take care
