treatment blues

hi  I just wanted to touch base with any one else who is finding treatment hard   It has been twelve months now and i have seemed to hit a wall.   has anyone else experienced this

  • I really started to get a bit down 10 months after treatment i think the constant whirlwind of appointments and treatments comes to a standstill, its like the security blanket goes, join a support group near you, check out the groups BCNA has its the greatest therapy being with others that feel like you to. I often look at myself in the mirror and have a good talk to myself . No not crazy but I get great answers, ha ha .  LOve and hugs to you regards adean

  • I found it hard coming to terns when my treatment was over. Found great support here and with a support group. Found great having people to talk to who knew how I was feeling. I also fell apart a couple of times and got support from my GP and a psychologist . Did some mindfulness mediation . Wishing you all the best Deb.
