I hate my port too. I cried on the whole time I was having it inserted and they kept trying to up that crazy knockout juice but it had no effect. LOL. I still hate it, it seems just when you get comfy and manage to forget about the bc for a while the wreteched thing just sticks into you and gives you that gentle reminder you totally dont need. Regardless, I would make the same choice again
I have really rejected everything about bc and its treatement. I did like your post about 'I like the new normal' though. I reluctanly admit that it did remind me of some forced changes I have made which have turned out to be positive. Just need to maintain them now!
