Transfusion fear
My red blood count is 75 and the Dr's are wanting me to have a transfusion.

I was told a while back that we have an emotional part to our mind which is irrational and illogical but which is what connects us to what is important to us and with what things mean to us.
There is another part of our mind, the cognitive part, which is factual and logical and deals with facts and memories.
Wise mind is made up of the two working together. And emotion mind is really valuable, because it connects us to what is meaningful to us. Without that we would be incapable of making choices that were right for us. So never discount the value of your emotional reactions: meaning links us to the spiritual and profound aspect of ourself.
