Glad all seems OK, Colleen. The Evening Primrose might help with the sleeping as well.
I have bought some Genie Bras. I tried to put them on over my head and you are right! the bit of rope was so hard to untwist and get off so I could step into them the correct way! They don't have a great deal of lift but they are quite good for support. They are also softer and don't cut into the fatty bit under the arm so much.
