When you next see your Oncologist ask about other AI's. They all have side effects in regard to bone density but one may be less painful for you - Aromosin, Femara and I think there's one called Fareston, available in USA, may not be here yet. If all else fails ask about Tamoxafan (spelling). AI's are slightly better for post menopausal women, but I know some who have stopped taking them because of the bone pain and have been switched to this.
