Hi Leonie, how interesting about the pain relief interacting with the Arimidex. No one has told me about that and I am throwing the Nurofen down the neck every Fri, Sat and Sun night!
Good luck with the yoga. I have lost all strength in my legs and if I bend down someone has to haul me up! Maybe I should try it to build up strength!
