Donna that little pillow will become your best friend for a while. I used mine in bed so my arm didn't rest on tender breast and after a few days could lie on that side using the pillow. Have seen some women tie it over shoulder & wear it like a handbag when they are out. Came in handy to protect my sore boob from seatbelt too.
Only tip for hospital is don't go home till you are ready. See how you cope with anaesthetic, pain killers & drains before rushing home & soldiering on. This is the time to be kind to yourself. Will be thinking of you tomorrow and praying for you, Trace??
