Hi - can't personally add anything to the Chemo story as I was lucky enough to not need it myself (but did see my mother have it 24 years ago at 48 and is still here today - a healthy 72).
Your post and the subsequent comments just reinforce that this forum is such a valuable wealth of knowledge, experience and support no matter what your journey.
My thoughts are - don't be rushed into making decisions that you have questions about, get a second opinion and at the end of the day, whatever decision you make will be the right one for YOU.
