To chemo, or not to chemo, that is the question

So it has come to this.  A raging debate in my head as to whether it is worth undergoing chemo for an "at best" 2-3 per cent statistical reduction in risk of recurrence. I waited a ridiculously l...

hi Dawngirl

think about asking your surgeon for a recommendation to another oncologist - find one you are comfortable with and have confidence in. Then make your decision.

My chemo choice was a no brainer - a increase from 50 to 75 % survival rate and no other implications.1st infustion 7 days ago; 5 to go. My life is counted in blocks of 3 weeks now :)
