Hi - I too had tnbc and neoadjuvent chemotherapy. I had mulitfocal BC with 9 tumors ranging from 5cm to 2cm. When I had my mastectomy I had a complete patholigical response, I had 12 x weekly taxol followed by 4 fortnightly EC. I then had 25 radiation after the surgery just to be thorough.
