Hi Erica, the size will depend on the tissue expander size. My surgeon measured me up, and put in an appropriate size expander. I was a 16 B prior to mastectomy, and the size of my breast when removed was 325g. I was expanded till I reached 500mls, and then decided that was enough. My expanders would have taken more. My implants were 495g in weight, and my new bra size is 16C. You can see a photo of them on the reconstruction blog site. Just ask to join, and you will be accepted. There will be many more women on that site under going reconstruction who can point you in the right direction.
