I didn't have any issues with this all through chemo or the three weeks I took off before starting Tamoxifen. I get feet tingling pretty much exactly 2 hours after I take the tamoxifen tablet. You can almost set your watch by it. Tingling feet then major hot flush that lasts a couple of minutes the same every night. Then, thankfully it disappears about 2hrs after.
I recently had a couple of weeks break from tamoxifen due to a lot of side effects. No tingling at all then either.
