Tingling and pins and needles (in the extremities, hands and feet) is often a side effect of chemo (Taxol particularly) but as I did not have radiation, I can't advise if it's a likely reaction from that or not. If it's occasional, not constant, it may be something else. Maybe just mention it next time you have a medical appointment.
