We are all individual in treatments. We may present the same but that's about it! I had my pathology from biopsy confirmed and Prof wanted to operate the next day. I had to negotiate time and bought 4 days where I didn't have time to think as I had to prepare for a work handover and pack a bag, shop et cetera
Once home and into some sort of routine I used Coles Online for grocery shopping and that made such a big difference!
For me it was left mastectomy, sentinel node removal and two guards and pathology results in a couple of days, whilst I was still in hospital.
As I say, we are all different and I can understand your desire to have timelines to allow control of yourself and your life in general however we are very much at the hands of the medical team and results from each test before the next move is decided.
Take a deep breath, do some nesting at home, you know, shopping, stocking up and organising help and before you know where you are it will be here! Take care
