time between results from bilateral mastectomy with snb and axillary dissection if needed

Hmmm my radiotherapy at 1st diagnosis was determined by pathology of the breast tissue, my nodes weren't touched, I think it depends, Radiotherapy is not always based on the nodes its part of it. 2nd diagnosis 4yrs later had sentinel node done and nodes were clear but as Id had radio, you cannot have it twice.
