time between results from bilateral mastectomy with snb and axillary dissection if needed

thanks it was one question I didn't ask. I find there is always one question that I miss. I plan to talk to the breast care nurse. There are plans to remove ovaries soon as well and I will ask if maybe it can be done together if it turns out there is need for ax dis.
