Tightness in armpit

Attended the 1st YWCA Encore program in Cairns a couple of days ago. It was lots of fun, stretching those areas that I thought weren't too bad, but found out it needed a bit more work. The outdoor pool was a bit unsettling for some but hey we live in the tropics. Thankgoodness for heating!

I believe other places have had this program for ages, all good things take time I suppose and are worth waiting for. Anyway better get back to my homework exercises.
