My husband's GP was adamant that my husband go back to work asap and stay active. My husband is a Supervisor in the construction industry. He is always way too busy as work - up and down ladders, climbing on scaffolding etc. His leg gets really sore when he overdoes it. It has to be a happy medium. Active and resting. XLeonie
