Thoughts on 3D nipple tattoos

Hi Lara I was wondering how long before you started putting Vit E etc on yr scars and using bio oil? I too have expanders in and had my first lot of saline put in day 6 (just before I left hospital)I am only at day 9from surgery so 3 days out of hospital. I have glue over my scars still so not sure. I was worried about stretch marks on my breast skin too because it feels so tight. I too have one that looks bigger than the other and not really happy with that but he said it would settle and be fine once implants go in but that is still a while off. How far along are you with your expanders and how often do they top them up?
