Hi Maria, Sorry to hear that you need more surgery. I used to think (back in 2006) when are they going to stop cutting. Initially I had a lumpectomy in both breasts as the surgeon suspected bc in both. When the results came back it was only in the left breast. I had to go back for more surgery to do the wider clearance and of course the axilliary clearance as well. I felt like I was never out of hospital. This last time, thank goodness, I only had one lot of surgery to remove the affected lymp node. (the surgeon would have needed to cut my arm off if he was to get a clear wider margin!!!) Anyway what can you do - Go with the flow. I understand your boredom. Sometimes though now with all my appointments eg. dentist, massage, podiatry, acupuncture etc , I wish I had time to rest up.
