Hi Celeste
What an idiot! I'm so sorry you had to deal with such an insensitive person! I think the incident should be reported. Maybe Centrelink might actually start thinking about training their staff to deal more appropriately with situations like this.
Take care

i can't believe what i just read celeste, i am so sorry you had to listen to such and insensitive man!!....just so he can 'put it on the system'..i think you should report his behaviour to senior staff at the office he works at...if they don't know what happened they can't address the situation and imagine how he treats others too!!
we all have to deal with our emotions on a daily basis and when we have to start ticking off the boxes like sorting income, appointments etc it never lets us forget what we are dealing with...as another advanced cancer gal i truly understand all of this and some days it doesn't take a lot to rattle us or send us into a low..
Keep smiling that gorgeous smile and don't let him get to you-tell his boss and at least u may feel like there could be some repercussions for him
Sending u a big hug ()()()()
