the waiting game over have results

thank you for your info it is very helpfully. I am 13 days post op of 1st surgery to remove lump and nodes. now have 11 days to go till 2nd op. first op sounded alot like yours and when well i am still a little sore under arm and across chest. yesterday was the best my body had felt after op and get better each day. but now on the 4th we go back to square 1 and start all over again. I woke up after my 1st op ok but with a hangover feeling but once i was up and walking around i was a lot better. because they cut a muscle in my chest to get a node the only med that fix the pain was endone. which ease it but you soon remember it is there when you do something.  did you have this or something stronger. i was lucking to get my drain out the next day and home on day 2. but will def be coming home with drain after next op. hubby is having time off work to help for a few days get me up and down.

I am attending PA hospital in brisbane the staff there are all very nice but defintly be good to be home as you never get enough sleep with the nurses always checking you. 

my nurse has order me a my care kit which comes with a special made bra with some type of filling has clips at the front and back. but i did but some bras (like the ah bra) which are good because i can stand into them and pull up.

you are right all i want is these gremlins out of me.  So hoping round 2 op will fix that.

I am getting a portacath put in at the same time of 2nd op. which I dont mind because then they don't have to go fishing for my veins evey time.
