Hey Ali,
I've had the two worst breast cancers (not that we should grade them but still..) - inflammatory breast cancer that turned into triple negative 5 years ago.
I read the stats. It said I should only have 18 months. I've had mets to my spine and my lymph nodes and despite everything -- my blood counts dropped, and my oncologist told me that my cancer is NOT behaving the way the stats SAY it should. So don't despair and don't take the stats or googling to heart. I'm proof that it doesn't have to always turn out badly.
