That is good news that you are working on the messages and inbox. Hearing about what is going on in the background is helpful. The lack of info has been a big problem for many of us. Sending a personal message to you or Jess is only helpful if you actually respond. I sent a message to you a couple of weeks ago and never received a response! I understand that you guys are busy trying to fix things but the lack of communication has been the biggest problem in my opinion. It's like somebody turned the lights out and left us stumbling around in the dark. This is the last thing that should be happening to a 'support' network. If you feel like a broken record it is because we have to keep asking the same questions due to a lack of info.
