Hi Ladies,
I'm really sorry to hear that the changes to the online network have caused you to feel disconnected from the support you were receiving/giving out and without sounding like a broken record please be assured we are working so-so-so hard in the background to make improvements to the areas of the site we know are not working as well as they could and looking at where we can add fixes to areas which have been identified as being difficult to use.
I think one of the biggest blockers to bringing people back into the online network and participate has been the email notifications and we are working on this as we speak. It has not been a quick fix but we plan to roll this out by the end of the week and hope that this is a good step forward.
A couple of other items we will be looking at with priority include:
- reinstating the live feed of latest activity
- improvements to your inbox and display of personal messages
